CONTEMPORARY FARMHOUSE, HO CHI MINH CITY

One of the biggest projects in scope designed by Neeti Sinha Design the project entailed full interior architectural design and furnishing of a 12,000 sqft new build villa located on a 70,000 sqft of riverside plot of land. The brief was to create a multi generational living space that catered to varied needs and comforts, belonging to different age groups. The design brief also included a home cinema, a pool and a gazebo in a modern architectural style. The architecture of the house has a strong connect to the vast sprawling grounds surrounding it and was designed to enhance the experience of indoor and outdoor living. The interior design was conceptualized and executed to create a beautiful, mindful and timeless home reflecting the location of the property.

FAMILY VILLA, HO CHI MINH CITY

AYURVEDA SPA, HO CHI MINH CITY

An Ayurveda spa designed with traditional Indian motifs and jeweled tones of India. The inspiration for the project was palaces of Rajasthan, with their rich colors and hues. The aim was to treat the clients to a feel of palaces of India with a multi sensory approach of visuals, incense aromas as they indulged in various therapeutic treatments.

VILLA, HO CHI MINH CITY

This family home of 16000 Square feet was overhauled and redesigned by Neeti Sinha Design.

Neeti Sinha Design undertook the complete redesign of the interior space including creation of new areas, spatial planning, furniture, fittings and finishes.

SHARJAH VILLA, UAE

Neeti Sinha Design was asked to design this 6000 sqft villa from scratch. The client’s brief was to create a modern space with touches of classical in it. The scope of work also involved a build element where new spaces like the dining and bar were added on to the existing property.

The design mandate included a complete reorganization of internal layout, design of all spaces, new flooring, new finishes as well as complete refurbishment. All furniture and joinery was made bespoke for the property and refined palette of off whites, muted greys and beiges helped create a luxurious feel through out the property.

JUMERIAH VILLA, DUBAI

The focus of this project was a to create a space that was suitable for two generations living together.

Neeti Sinha Design came up with a design scope that was a comfortable blend of the modern as well as classical in parts.

We were able to highlight the play of natural light in this airy villa. Refurbishing some of the clients existing classical pieces with contemporary luxe fabrics created a modern classic look. A more contemporary touch was achieved by adding bespoke furniture and and modern Arabic calligraphy Art.
